Lee has worked for Outwood for four years now and has witnessed first-hand a failing school transition from notice to improve into a successful and outstanding school. During this time Lee was second in the maths faculty and aspiring leader of learning with responsibility for raising the standards of teaching and learning in maths. Now the faculty boasts an impressive 25% improvement on FFTD and all staff are consistently good and outstanding.
His current role has the responsibility of raising teaching and learning standards across the family of schools, requiring improvement of provision through collaboration and support.
