This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, driven professionals to join our Academy in Ripon. The school became part of the Outwood Grange Family of Schools in 2010, and were judged to be an 'Outstanding' School in all four major categories in our last Ofsted inspection in 2016.

We are looking to recruit an Attendance Administrator to join our Attendance Team. The successful candidate will need to be extremely well organised, have the ability to prioritise their workload and ensure that strict deadlines can be met. The ability to work on your own initiative and work within a team environment is key. You will are required to log, track and analyse the data to provide reports and information accurately for the Senior Leadership team, internal and external agency meetings, and provide administrative support to the Deep Support team and under the direction of senior staff.

Essential skills required for this role are:
• Accurate planning and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent in the use of Microsoft word/excel
• Have a working knowledge of SIMS student database or similar
• Have initiative to take on tasks and develop administrative processes to support the department
