Integrated Curriculum Financial Planning (ICFP) Access Day Secondary - Tees Valley

The Day:

The nationally recognised leader in the field of ICFP, Outwood Grange Academies Trust, is once again opening its doors to share its work in this crucial area of academy and trust leadership. Delegates will look at how secondary schools and academies in the Outwood Family are led and managed, using Curriculum Led Financial Planning (the fore-runner of ICFP), so that curriculum and staffing viability are controlled to ensure financial stability.

Who should attend:

Curriculum leaders, principals of either stand-alone schools/academies or multi-academy trusts, executive and chief executives of multi-academy trusts, finance officers.

Cost:

Cost of day is £500; this includes a one year license to the CLFP software (Health Check module) worth £500, ie cost of the course is free. This is a cost per school/academy ie multiple delegates from the same school/academy can attend for £500. Cost for multiple delegates from multiple schools/academies in a trust is available on request, and would be discounted for second and subsequent schools/academies.

About Paul Sorby:

Paul is the Outwood Grange Academies Trust Executive Director of Curriculum. He started his time with Outwood in 2003 as an Assistant Principal, becoming a Vice Principal (Deep Experience in Curriculum) in 2005. Paul quickly became an expert in his field and through Outwood’s National Leader of Education and other bespoke contracts, began supporting Curriculum Design, Curriculum Led Financial Planning and Timetabling in schools locally, regionally and nationally. He was an SSAT Curriculum Design Lead Practitioner for two years, where he led curriculum workshops regionally and delivered presentations at national conferences. Paul’s work was recognised in 2008 when he was appointed as Director of Curriculum to work across the Outwood Grange Family of Schools; and again in 2012 when he successfully applied to be become a Specialist Leader of Education in Curriculum Design and Diagnostics. He holds the NPQH and now delivers on this programme, and numerous others, through the Outwood Institute of Education.
