The aim of the NPQH Additional Support Offer (NPQH ASO) is to provide structured, unassessed face-to-face support based on the best available evidence about what makes an effective head teacher.

The National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) is aimed at school leaders who are, or are aspiring to be, an executive headteacher or have a school trust CEO role with responsibility for leading several schools.
The National Professional Qualification for Leading Teacher Development (NPQLTD) is aimed at teachers who lead, or aspire to lead, the development of other teachers in their school. Responsibilities may include the development of all teachers across a school or specifically trainees or teachers who are early in their career.
The National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL) is aimed at school leaders who are, or are aspiring to be, a senior leader with cross-school responsibilities. Responsibilities may include contributing to all aspects of the school through the leadership team as well as having a specific whole school responsibility of their own.
The National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) is aimed at school leaders who are, or are aspiring to be, a headteacher or head of school with responsibility for leading a school.
The National Professional Qualification for Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC) is aimed at teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school. Responsibilities may include ensuring good behaviour and a culture of high expectations and learning are maintained across the school.
The National Professional Qualification for Leading Teaching (NPQLT) is aimed at teachers who lead, or aspire to lead, teaching in a subject, year group, key stage or phase. Responsibilities may include managing a team of teachers and supporting effective teaching across a school.

A full day of training covering:
The legal aspect of fire safety
Emergency evacuation procedures
The theory of combustion
The methodology behind the use of fire extinguishers
Firefighting equipment including types and limitations
Practical fire extinguisher use
This session is delivered by Sabiha Laher and Andrea Beckett and is aimed at Clerks and any other colleagues in relation to exclusions e.g. an individual who writes the exclusion letters but is not the clerk.
This training is for staff who transport or support a load/person including the lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or more moving by hand or by bodily force or support pupils who use a wheelchair, walking frame, standing equipment or are manually handled.
The OGAT SEND programme will be delivered by the SEND team and is suitable for teaching and support staff who work with children.
This course is regulated, and a certificate is issued with a 3-year expiry date. It fully meets HSE guidelines, and is issued by an Ofqual recognised awarding body. This is a 3-day course, lasting 18 hours plus breaks.
This programme will be really beneficial for teachers new to EYFS and teachers requiring a refresher on current practice in EYFS.

This session is aimed at school teachers to increase their knowledge and understanding of asthma, how to identify deteriorating asthma and more importantly how to manage an acute asthma attack.
The Evac+Chair Key Trainer Master Class is a 6 hour session ‘Train the Trainer’ course to enable key staff to train other members of staff in the effective use of the product. It includes all essential elements such as explanations of latest legislation and approved codes of practice.
This full day session will review the recent summer examination series, with opportunities to discuss marked examples of candidates' responses in both Language and Literature papers. The session will be led by presenters from the examination board and a comprehensive pack of materials will be provided to all who attend.
