A great lesson every lesson!

Designed and delivered by outstanding Maths leaders, many of whom are Specialist Leaders of Education, this programme increases participants’ confidence and skills to ensure all their students have a brilliant experience in their lessons. It allows participants to prepare to have a great lesson every lesson!

The programme is appropriate for secondary NQTs, experienced teachers and non-specialists who wish to deliver maths lessons to a high standard.

There are six face to face modules exploring how to:

• Plan creative, fun and engaging lessons;

• Discover ways to motivate and inspire students in maths;

• Explore effective ways to track students and use data;

• Challenge students’ misconceptions; and

• Prepare students for functional and multi-step problem solving.

The programme will develop participants’ personal strengths and enable them to learn new skills and strategies in the maths classroom.
