Unlocking Potential: Women into Leadership 2019-20

Background

We are delighted to be able to hold our successful ‘Unlocking Potential: Women Into Leadership’ programme again in 2019/20.

The programme is designed for women who are considering senior leadership or headship. Designed and delivered by Julie Slater, Chief Executive Principal for Secondary and NLE, the programme explores successful leadership at both stages and how to overcome potential barriers. Content is based on Julie’s learning from Said Business School’s ‘Exploring Women Transforming Leadership’ programme.

This programme is suitable for any female colleague, both teaching and support staff, who is considering the next steps of their career into senior leadership or headship. It is complimentary to anyone studying the current NPQ programmes.
